  1. A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer and/or valid credit card information secures your appointment. The retainer amount is based on the service booked and is deducted from your full service cost.
  2. More than 30 minutes late, or a last-minute cancellation? You'll be asked to reschedule, and a new NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required for the rescheduled appointment.
  3. No-shows are charged the FULL amount of the service. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  4. Covid/flu policy: if you're feeling sick or showing symptoms of a cold, fever, covid, flu or any airborne sickness, you'll be asked to reschedule and leave the shop. Masks are welcomed!
  5. No extra guests unless they're getting serviced too, or you can ask.
